BIOTRON-R AUTOMATIC MODULE

Biodiesel generator BIOTRON-R

The BIOTRON-R automatic biodiesel generator and production modules represent the latest advancement from our company. These models are based on the well-known and proven BIOTRON-CT automatic modules and the high-efficiency ROTON-B cavitation reactors. When designing the BIOTRON-R units, our engineers considered years of successful operational experience from previous models and incorporated our most recent and effective technological developments.

The new BIOTRON-R automatic modules stand out for:

  • An exceptionally high fatty acid methyl ester (FAME) conversion rate, reaching up to 99%.
  • Low energy consumption.
  • Compact size.
  • Low noise levels.
  • High reliability.
  • A unique software system that minimizes human error.

THE BIOTRON-R BIOFUEL GENERATOR INCLUDES THREE MAIN AUTOMATED MODULES:

The BIOTRON-R biofuel generator includes three main automated modules, each of which is designed to perform a specific stage of the biodiesel production process with maximum efficiency, precision, and minimal operator involvement.

1. ROTON-B MAGNETIC IMPULSE CAVITATION REACTORS

The ROTON-B reactor is the core of the BIOTRON-R automatic modules and represents our company’s latest research in physicochemical mechanics and acoustic chemistry.

The ROTON-B reactor generates cavitation using a magnetic impulse hydrodynamic method, a highly effective and patented technology for generating cavitation directly within a liquid flow. The cavitation cloud is maintained by a magnetic field in the exact processing zone of the reactor, directly affecting the raw material passing through the cavitator. This guarantees high efficiency, safety, and long service life.

These reactors do not require high-quality feedstock, and currently offer the highest performance in biodiesel production equipment.

Traditional dosing systems used by other manufacturers fail to maintain consistent dosing when physical properties of the feedstock change (such as temperature, container level, or oil viscosity). Our proprietary system overcomes these issues, delivering dosing accuracy of ±0.1%, and includes:

  • Pre-mixing capabilities.
  • Adjustable flow and outlet pressure.
  • Real-time dosing regulation.

The system uses high-security electronics and software developed by FANUC (Japan). The processor continuously monitors all production parameters: feedstock volume, flow rate, mixing intensity, pipe cleanliness, valve tightness, etc. In the event of an emergency (e.g. feedstock depletion), the processor will:

  • Halt operations.
  • Emit an audible alarm.
  • Display a detailed error code and description on-screen (e.g., “Feedstock tank is empty”).

3. ELECTRONIC SYSTEM FOR MONITORING FILLING, SEPARATION, AND FINAL PRODUCT TRANSFER

To eliminate human error and ensure precise biodiesel output, our modules feature an automated separation monitoring system. An array of ultrasonic sensors constantly analyzes the state of glycerin and biodiesel within the separator tank. These sensors send real-time data to a central computer that:

  • Assesses the degree of reaction completeness.
  • Manages the separation of biodiesel and glycerin.
  • Directs the finished products to their respective storage tanks.

The process is fully continuous.

If a malfunction occurs (e.g. separation slows or halts), the system automatically stops and alerts the operator for immediate troubleshooting.

For more information on this separation monitoring system, please refer to our accompanying animated presentation.

USER-FRIENDLY SOFTWARE FOR BIOTRON BIOFUEL CAVITATION GENERATORS – NO TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

All module operations of the cavitation biodiesel generator are controlled by a microprocessor. The software interface is intuitive and user-friendly, requiring only basic computer mouse actions.

In maintenance mode, the operator can:

  • Adjust individual module components.
  • Fine-tune sensor sensitivity.
  • Troubleshoot specific mechanisms.

In automatic mode, the entire process starts by simply pressing the “START” button — the BIOTRON-CT takes care of the rest autonomously.

A single PC can operate up to five BIOTRON-CT modules simultaneously.

Both the software and all electronic components are developed in-house using high-performance systems from FANUC, a globally recognized leader in industrial automation technology.
